Hey guys... it's been a while
well my preparation for the next national at Mankele Bike park in nelspruit is going well... I'll deffinately keep you updated.
The first provincial for the year kick's off at Stainbank nature reserve tomorrow. It's going to be a really tough race with a couple of extremely leg eating climbs! I'm pretty relaxedfor it... if I've got the same form I had at Jonkershoek it'll be good... but next weekend is the big one!
O well i must be off, gotta get some good R'nR for tomorrow, it's going to be really hard! hope to see you all you guys down at Stainbank!:)
